Spring Cleanup Day at the Italian Social Club

Join us on Saturday, May 2 from 8:30am to 12:30pm for our annual Spring Cleanup Day at the Giovanni Caboto Club!

We are inviting members to lend a hand and help get our grounds looking their best for the season ahead.

We’ll be focusing on cleaning and maintaining the exterior areas of the club and parking lot. Volunteers will help with a variety of tasks, including:

• Weeding and raking

• Plant trimming

• Litter collection

• Light gardening

• Parking lot sweeping

No special experience is required, just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to help.

Tools:
There are some basic yard equipment which will be provided by the club. However, please be sure to bring your tools. 

If you have access to power tools and are able to bring them, they would be a big help. Useful items include:

• Leaf blowers

• Chain saws

• Pole trimmers

• Lawn Mowers

• Weed Wackers

• Other Landscaping Tools

Lunch Provided:
To thank everyone for their efforts, a light lunch will be provided after the cleanup.

This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow members, give back to the club, and help prepare our grounds for the spring and summer months. Excellent for students who require volunteer hours. No better way to help get your hours collected.
